TOME II

As my brothers prepare the horses for the return to the holy citadel of Stormshield, an intolerable pain continues to grow within me. Hallucinations and voices in an unknown language add to my symptoms.

Torrential rain prevented our departure towards the city and my condition worsened hour by hour. My brothers suspect that black magic is at work, but their knowledge in this area is limited. Many times, I lost consciousness of my actions; my companions are worried about my condition. They believe that I was afflicted with a magic that only great Stormshield mages could dispel.
